Diving In!

October 3, 2015December 1, 2015 By Steve Tullius

So the hard part is behind us…I think. No way to really know for sure but that is they way I feel. After two days of physically and emotionally strenuous work packing, loading, unloading and storing the few possessions (still have way too much) we have, we finally got on the plane and started the trip. It feels natural and right but it still feels different and not sure how to process everything yet. Most people think we are taking an extended vacation. We won’t be walking into an office everyday, however, on my mental plate are various personal and professional projects that I can’t quite yet seem to allow myself to be free of in the moment and be okay with starting them in a week or two. At this point I know the best thing is to breathe, take some time to acclimate to the new environment and enjoy the time with my family. The process of writing about it helps as does the little guy next to me wanting to go down to the pool! Time to dive in!
